My name is Ashton! I am a new mom and Army veteran with over a decade of experience in the fitness world. My mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space for other local moms to join us in our 30-minute classes. No childcare necessary because every workout will involve your baby or toddler. Join a Class in Madison
Excited to join a group class with your baby? We are excited to see you there! Each drop-in class is only $12 (or the cost of two fancy coffees) keeping it affordable to local moms looking to get out of the house with their baby and move. Save by purchasing the 10 Session pack where you and your baby have the flexibility to choose the next 10 classes to join for only $10 per session. A savings of $20 (or the cost of a cute new workout top)! For even more savings, please check out our yearly membership where for only $50 a month, you and your baby get unlimited group classes.
As a soft launch, we will be offering group classes every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning at 0930 starting this October. If the want for more availabilty occurs, I will open up evening classes as well. If you are interested in participating in our groups, but mornings don't work for you and baby, please email or message on our socials for a requested day and time for a future class.
